Vardis Botanics ensures the responsible shipping of dietary supplements and herbal wellness products for the modern man throughout Greece. Every order is processed promptly to guarantee safe and timely delivery to your address.

Doorstep delivery
Delivery to your address with a tracking number. A signature upon receipt may be required for amounts over €45.
Pickup point
Pick-up from a fixed service point or automated parcel locker. The parcel remains there for 7 days before being returned.

Delivery times are measured in business days from dispatch. For more remote areas, add 1-2 days.

  • Free shipping on orders over €45 to Greece. For lower value orders, the cost is €3.50.
  • Delivery is completed within 2-5 business days from dispatch.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day.
  • We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and remains in its original packaging.
  • Payment: bank transfer.
Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later or on public holidays ship the next business day. You receive immediate confirmation with your order number.

Products are packed in reinforced boxes with shock-absorbing padding and thermal protection. Every bottle or package features a tamper-evident seal, ensuring the contents remain intact and protected from external factors during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Once the parcel leaves our facilities, an email and an SMS text message are automatically sent with the unique tracking code for immediate shipment tracking.

Lost or delayed parcel

If there is no tracking update for 5 business days, write to us at [email protected]. Please include your order number. We investigate the matter with the courier company. We will reship the order or issue a refund, depending on your choice, within 10 business days of the request.

Damaged on arrival

If you receive a package with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse delivery or request an immediate damage report from the courier. Within 48 hours of delivery, send photos of the outer box and items to [email protected] citing the order number, so that an immediate replacement can be arranged at no extra charge.

Payment methods
Bank transfer
Direct deposit into the company bank account. The required details appear at checkout and in your confirmation email. We prepare the shipment once payment clears, usually within one business day.

We support Bank transfer. We never ask for passwords or card numbers via telephone or email.

Delivery outside Greece

We ship products to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout before completion. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
