Every purchase from Vardis Botanics can be returned within 60 days of receipt. The conditions, process, cost coverage, and refund timeline are detailed here.
Conditions
The customer retains the right of withdrawal within exactly 60 calendar days from the date of product delivery. To be accepted for return, items must be in their original condition, unused, in full factory packaging, with tamper-evident seals and safety caps intact, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Product return process
- Submitting a withdrawal request by email to [email protected] stating the order number and the reason for the return.
- Receiving a unique return merchandise authorization (RMA) code and detailed shipping instructions to the company's headquarters.
- Safely placing the sealed products in their original protective packaging and dispatching them via courier to the return address.
- Issuing the refund within 3-10 business days following the successful product integrity inspection, via bank transfer to the IBAN account provided by the customer.
Who pays return shipping
In the event of a defect or error, we cover the costs via a prepaid label or courier pickup. If you return the product by personal choice, shipping costs are your responsibility. No other fees apply.
Refund timing and method
Refunds are processed within 3 business days following inspection. For cash on delivery orders, we transfer the funds to your nominated account. For bank payments, the amount returns to the original account. Banks usually take 1-5 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges
For a different product or variant, follow the return procedure and place a new order. We credit the amount as soon as we receive the original item. If the exchange is due to our error, the new shipment is sent at no extra charge.
