Vardis Botanicals Single Member P.C. offers through the Vardis Botanics online store herbal food supplements, plant extracts, and daily men's wellness and care formulas, intended solely to supplement the normal diet and maintain overall vitality. Product pages state the ingredients, quantity, and formulation. Images are illustrative. Packaging may show minor variations.

The order is submitted upon checkout completion. We send you a written confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when the products are dispatched. We may reject an order if stock runs out or if details cannot be verified, promptly refunding any payment.

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Bank transfer. In case of an obvious pricing error prior to dispatch, we contact you for confirmation or cancellation.

Shipping options, timeframes, and costs are detailed on the Shipping and Payment page. Responsibility for the products transfers to you upon delivery.

We photograph the actual products we ship. Shades on your screen are affected by display settings, your browser, and room lighting. A slight color variation does not constitute a defect and does not warrant a free return. Dimensions, ingredients, and packaging are stated on each product page.

We retain responsibility for the shipment until delivery by the courier to you or the designated recipient. After that, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please note any visible transport damage with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

You may return products within 60 days of receipt, subject to the terms on the Returns page. All items are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Greek law and the Civil Code. Vardis Botanics guarantees that products are delivered intact, with factory seals unbroken, meeting all purity and quality control specifications set by Greek and EU legislation regarding food and food supplements.

• Products that have been personalized or manufactured to the customer's specific order.
• Goods that may deteriorate or have a short expiration date.
• Sealed food supplements or wellness formulas that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
• Products that, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
• Digital content or printed informational material that was unsealed or provided via immediate electronic access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the website or the purchase of goods is expressly limited to the total amount paid by the consumer for the specific order or to the amount of 100 euros. These terms do not exclude liability that is mandatory under applicable law.

Placing an order requires that you have reached 18 years of age. Use the products strictly following the label. They are not a substitute for medical advice.

These terms and every purchase contract are governed exclusively by Greek law and applicable European Union consumer protection law. The courts of Athens are designated as competent to resolve any dispute. If no resolution is reached after contacting us, the courts of the seller's registered seat have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
